All products are real plants and very good. The name based on the pictures.
As it is a living plant, the size can be reduced in the process of shipping, mainly due to dehydration in transit. Due to this reason, any measurements given are approximate only. Colors may look different depending on monitor environment and weather.

Due to succulents hardy nature they are for the most part well made for shipping. All our plants are shipped bare root (without pot and substrate) to keep shipping cost down. For quicker or alternate shipping methods please contact us to make arrangements. Additional shipping cost may charge additional fees.

【About Shipping】

We can send plants to most countries in the world. It is up to the customer to know your countries import regulations with regards to importing plants. Please check if you can import plant as we will not be held responsible for any losses.
Basically, the shipping fee is 120 USD for a box.

We will start to clean the plants after the payment is received. We will let you know when to ship.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

【20% Services Fee】

Please add 20% to your order.
This includes cleaning and packaging the plants.
If shipping from Taiwan, do not to add the services fee.
These are separate from any plant costs or shipping costs.

We use PayPal as our payment processor because of their security protections for both the purchaser and seller. PayPal uses an encrypted shopping cart program so once you enter the payment process your transaction is protected. In addition to the security features they employ they also accept all major credit cards.

【Returns & exchanges】
We don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
( We do not refund plants that have arrived even if they arrive damaged.)
