If you want to buy the plant, please leave a message. We will sent private message to you and check the details.

All products are real plants and very good. The name based on the pictures.

Sometimes we may run out of stock or unable to ship plants due to condition of the plants.

The size is shown in the photos with measurements in centimeters.

As it is a living plant, the size can be reduced in the process of shipping, mainly due to dehydration in transit. Due to this reason, any measurements given are approximate only. Colors may look different depending on monitor environment and weather.

Due to succulents hardy nature they are for the most part well made for shipping. All our plants are shipped bare root (without pot and substrate) to keep shipping cost down. For quicker or alternate shipping methods please contact us to make arrangements. Additional shipping cost may accure.

 

【Payment】

We use PayPal as our payment processor because of their security protections for both the purchaser and seller. PayPal uses an encrypted shopping cart program so once you enter the payment process your transaction is protected. In addition to the security features they employ they also accept all major credit cards.

( Please add 5% to the total to cover charges. ECpay 3%)

 

 

【International orders】

Succulent X Lab X Sale is located in Taiwan.

Wholesale availability. Combined shipping available.

We can send plants to most countries in the world. It is up to the customer to know your countries import regulations with regards to importing plants. Please check if you can import plant as we will not be held responsible for any losses.

With international orders there may be some additional shipping cost.

For international destinations, shipping will be bare roots via Express Mail (EMS) .

1KG: TWD $500-600

If you are from a country that does not have EMS delivery service available, please contact before you make the payment.

We can ship it by a regular airmail instead of EMS and the shipping charge may vary in this case. And we will send you an invoice accordingly.

We can provide a Phytosanitary certificate if required. Please contact use if you need documentation(the additional certificate fee：TWD $ 1500). This will cause time for quarantine examination (delay of delivery date).

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

【SHIPPING TIME】

Will ship on Monday and Tuesday. We do not ship the rest of the week because we don't want plants to remain in transit over the weekend. We will start to clean the plants after the payment is received. We will let you know when to ship.

 

Taiwan takes about 5 - 10 days

Rest of world takes about 10 - 20 days

When your shipment has been sent, the delivery time is out of our control and responsibility. We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
